Extensive Courtroom Experience

Roger D. McConchie has over 35 years of courtroom experience in a wide spectrum of civil cases ranging from aviation crash claims to product pricing arbitrations.

In addition to claims in his preferred areas of practice, other subjects of his courtroom trials or applications have included, but are not limited to: products liability, subrogated machinery loss claims, insurance coverage disputes, residential and commercial tenancy lawsuits, conversion and detinue, fraud and misappropriation, claims against municipalities and other government bodies, construction disputes for owners and consulting engineers, trespass to real and personal property, negligent and fraudulent misrepresentation, builders lien, actions for debt, intellectual property disputes, and human rights.

Roger D. McConchie has also conducted the defence or plaintiff’s case in dozens of jury trials involving personal injury claims.
