Pacific Granite Manufacturing Ltd. v. Lee, 2024 BCSC 1790

The British Columbia Supreme Court awarded $1,000 general damages to the corporate plaintiff and $1,000 to each of the two individual plaintiffs over a Google review posted in October, 2021.  The defendant had removed the review within one or two days of receiving a cease and desist letter from the plaintiffs’ lawyer.
