The British Columbia Supreme Court awarded the plaintiff company and its owner damages aggregating $350,000 plus a permanent injunction against a professional YouTuber over a relentless campaign of defamation, which saw the defendant often posting multiple times a day on multiple YouTube channels. Broken down,  the award consisted of $250,000 general damages, $50,000 aggravated damages, and $50,000 punitive damages.
