D’Alessio v. Chowdury, 2023 ONSC 6075

The Ontario Superior Court of Justice awarded the plaintiffs $20,000 damages over a defamatory review posted on Google Reviews.  The review was public for under three months.  The Court held that the defendant was given an opportunity to apologize and time to take down the review but refused to do so.
