The Superior Court of Quebec  issued a pre-trial injunction  requiring the defendant to remove the names of certain people and organizations, or any information tending to identify them, from his Facebook page.  The court expressed a preliminary view that the primary object of the Facebook page was to express hatred and mistrust, and that some readers might even regard the posts as an invitation to violence.  The court described the posts as “virulent and repetitive”.
